Moments Forever provides a digital memorial platform that allows users to create, customize, and share memorial pages for their loved ones. Our Soul Star product connects physical memorials to digital content through QR technology.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to your memorial pages. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services to:
- Engage in any illegal activities or violate any laws
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute spam or malicious software
Payment Terms
Payment for subscriptions is processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes where required.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Memorial content may be preserved according to your subscription terms.
Limitation of Liability
Moments Forever is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
