At Moments Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our digital memorial services.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
- You have not yet created or activated a memorial page
- You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- A memorial page has been created and content has been uploaded
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- The account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@momentsforever.com
- Provide your order number and account email address
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your memorial pages until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
